The Captain
Captain Gerry Beers has been fishing Eastern Long Island Sound and Block Island Sound his entire life. He grew up on the water fishing with his father, Captain Howard Beers aboard his boat the Nancy B. Drifter currently resides in the same slip the Nancy B once had.
The Boat
Drifter is a 30' Mount Desert Island restored boat including new Cummins engine and top of the line electronics. Drifter can accommodate up to 6 people.
The Fish
We specialize in catching Striped Bass, Bluefish, Fluke (Summer Flounder), Black Fish and Porgie.

All trips include our high-quality rods and reels, a professional first mate, and all bait/tackle.
Sit back and relax while we provide instruction, hands-on help and fillet your catch.
A customary gratuity of 15%-20% is not included in our rates. Food & beverages (in moderation) may be brought on board.
Captain reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to inclement weather.
Cancellation notice must be received 2 weeks prior to sailing date or deposit will be forfeited.
